WATERMELON SPLASH (THREE TIMES) AL FAKHER SPECIAL EDITION (TWO TIMES)

Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a rectangular device with a black background. The bottom portion of the design consists of three rectangular label like designs in the color red and contain the words "WATERMELON SPLASH" in white in each rectangular design. The center red label also contains the words "AL FAKHER" in gray along with the Arabic equivalent and the words "SPECIAL EDITION" in black (this appears twice). Above the red labels are numerous watermelon designs. There are cut watermelon sections in which the rind is green and the fruit is a magenta which gradually turns to an orange. Black seeds appear in the watermelon sections. Interspersed throughout the design are numerous whole watermelons which appear with alternating green and light green stripes. Randomly placed in the overall design are numerous droplet designs and they are colored magenta which gradually turn to orange. Green leaves appear throughout the design. Interspersed throughout the design are numerous martini glasses which are white with an orange liquid therin which have little white circular bubbles emanating therefrom. Located toward the bottom of the design are two white hookahs which have numerous white bubbles emanating therefrom. Coming off of each hookah is a vine like strand which is colored tan.
