The mark consists of the word "village" located inside a co-centric circle above the word "tea" separated by two tea leafs. The words "village" and "tea" are lowercase. The word "Company" is located below the word "tea" and is in all uppercase. Inside the inside co-centric circle is a series of small dots outlining the perimeter of circle with breaks on each side of the word "Company".
