Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a white transmission spur gear with sixteen black colored outer gear teeth and three black colored inter gear teeth. An upwardly curved black banner with two pointed tips at each end is fully across the middle of the white transmission gear with the word "TRANSMISSION" written on the banner, in all capital white letter smeared with black shading. Above the black banner, in a circular alignment to the upper part of the middle gear teeth, on the white part of the transmission spur gear, the words and punctuation "Ventura, California" appear in black cursive. Above the black words and punctuation "Ventura, California", on the left and right side, are five black barley leafs, also in circular alignment. Three black lines come out of the two top barley leafs on the right and the two top barley leafs on the left. The line continue circularly aligned toward the top center of the transmission spur gear, but do not reach the center top center and the lines never touch. Below the black banner is the word "Established" in black color and written in cursive. Below the word "Established", the number "2016" is written in black, with a centered dots to the left of the number "2" and to the right of the number "6". On the white bottom part of the transmission spur gear, in black and in all capital letters, the words "BREWING COMPANY" are written, circularly aligned within the bottom part of the gear.
