The mark consists of The mark consists of the wording "TRADE MARK ROOTS OF FIGHT BASEBALL" stylized as follows: Capitalized letters in a straight horizontal line across the top of the mark bear the words TRADE MARK, with a five-point star design in between 'TRADE' and 'MARK'. The phrase ROOTS OF FIGHT appears immediately beneath, also in capitalized lettering, with the top alignment of the letters in an horizontal line parallel with TRADE [STAR] MARK. The phrase 'OF' is aligned immediately beneath the five-point star design. The size of the letters in 'ROOTS' become progressively smaller from the 'R' to the 'S' and the size of the letters in 'FIGHT' become progressively larger from the 'F' to the 'T', while the two letters in 'OF' are equally-sized, such that the phrase 'ROOTS OF FIGHT' appears to be curved, notwithstanding that the letters are each individually perfectly upright.
