Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a marquee with a blue border and white shaded center. On the blue border are yellow shaded circles resembling the light bulbs, the inside of the marquee is shaded in in white with several yellow horizontal lines throughout the background. In the center of the marquee is the phrase SWEETIE PIE'S in stylized letters, written diagonally. The letters are shaded in in yellow, with a dark yellow outline, and then finally each word is outlined in black as a whole on the outer edge. Above the marquee is a partial image of a vinyl record, shaded in in black with some blue, transparent musical notes scattered throughout the black area of the vinyl. In the center of the vinyl image is an image of a baby, wearing a white diaper and white bib. The baby is sitting down in front of a cream bowl of macaroni and cheese pasta and is holding a brownish/red chicken drumstick in its left hand. The baby has several yellow cheese marks on its face and one on the bib, and it is smiling showing off its one white tooth in the front of its mouth. To the left side of the baby image is the phrase TJ'S in red shaded letters with a white border and a dark red outline following the white border. Then the entire phrase is outlined by a black thin outline. Below the marquee is a red shaded trapezoid shape, with a black outline, followed by an orange thick outline, which is also outlined by a thin black line. Inside the red shaded trapezoid is the phrase NOHO in stylized white shaded letters with a black outline, where the N and H are capitalized.
