The mark consists of a stylized gray oval surrounding the word "Thea" in gray text. The oval and text are in the same color. The text "Thea" has a capital "T" and lower case "h e a" written in custom hand drawn lettering. The oval is in a calligraphy style which does not completely close at the top. The left side top of the oval swirl is over the right side top swirl. The open top swirls of the oval shape overlap each other approximately two thirds in either direction.
