The mark consists of a yellow sun in the top left corner with psychedelic rays of red, yellow, orange appearing over a multicolored background in the colors purple, yellow, red, blue, green, gray, orange, white . The sun rays merge into a green, blue and white ocean wave. In front of the sun is a green palm tree with a brown trunk.
