Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a horizontal red banner with two horizontal gold border lines with white centers proximal to the top and two horizontal gold border lines with white centers proximal to the bottom of the banner. Between the gold and white border lines appear multiple horizontal black lines. Also between the gold and white border lines appear the words "STOLI" in white cursive letters to the left of "LIBERATE YOUR SPIRIT" in white letters overlapping black as shadowing. To the right of the wording, an image of a glass bottle shaded grey appears with a vertically striated gold cap above a red label on the neck that contains multiple horizontal black lines upon which is the word "STOLI" in gold and with two horizontal gold lines at the bottom of the label between which appear the word "IMPORTED" in white. Just below the banner appears the word "STOLI" in grey on the face of the bottle. At the top of the bottle appears a red banner with two horizontal gold border lines with white centers proximal to the bottom of the banner. Between the gold and white border lines appear multiple horizontal black lines upon which appear the word "STOLICHNAYA" in white with gold outlining. Below the bottom gold and white border lines appears the wording "ESTABLISHED 1938" in gold. At the base of the neck of the bottle appears the word "STOLI" in grey upon the surface of the bottle. Below that wording appears a rectangular white label with a black horizontal line at the top below which appears a stylized building in grey. Below the black line appears the wording "THE ORIGINAL" in black at the top, which is above the diagonal stacked wording "STOLICHNAYA" in gold above "VODKA" in gold, which is above the wording "MADE WITH" immediately above "CERTIFIED ALPHA GRADE" immediately above "SPIRIT", all appearing in black and with a black horizontal line to either side of the word "SPIRIT". All the aforesaid wording overlaps the design of the stylized building. To the left of the base of the stylized building appears the wording "40% ALC./VOL." in black above the wording "(80 PROOF") in black, and between this wording and the stylized building appears the wording "750 ML" in black. At the bottom of the rectangular white label appears two horizontal gold lines that are solid and extend to either side of the label, where two vertical gold lines, the one to the left being solid and the one to the right being dotted, and another horizontal gold line that is dotted form two incomplete rectangular boxes at the left and two complete rectangular boxes in the center. To the far right, a third gold vertical line that is dotted forms a fifth complete box. Of these five boxes, the box to the top left contains the wording "BATCH 12760" on a single line in black, the box to the bottom left contains the word "PREMIUM" in black above the word "VODKA" in black, the top center box contains the wording "ESTD 1938" in black with a black horizontal line below the letter "D", and the bottom center box contains the term SIGNATURE in black. The rectangular box to the right is overlapped by a circular seal extending below the rectangular label and contains a red circular center upon which appears the word "STOLI" in gold above the wording "ESTD 1938" in gold with a gold horizontal line below the letter "D".
