Educational services, namely, providing courses of instruction and training at the undergraduate, graduate, post-graduate, and professional levels, and continuing education, namely, providing (i) undergraduate educational classes and training in the fields of arts and humanities, general studies, business, health sciences, social and behavioral science, natural sciences and mathematics, which includes classes in marine science, environmental studies, information systems, energy studies, and the field of education, providing classroom training for certification in teacher education, special education, and pre-school education; (ii) graduate, post-graduate and professional programs in the fields of physical therapy, criminal justice, holocaust and genocide studies, business administration, nursing, occupational therapy and social work, and master of arts in education and instructional technology, and (iii) providing continuing education courses in the fields of health science, human services and management development, and professional services, namely, accounting; Entertainment in the nature of organizing and conducting collegiate athletic events and competitions for men's and women's sports including baseball, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, track and field, tennis, field hockey, rowing, softball and cheerleading, club sports and intramurals; entertainment and educational services, namely, organizing performing arts events, lectures in the fields of arts and humanities, education, political science, business, health sciences, social and behavioral science, natural sciences and mathematics, which includes marine science, environmental studies, information systems and energy studies, concerts, and theater productions, dance performances, public speaking events in the fields of arts and humanities, education, political science, business, health sciences, social and behavioral science, natural sciences and mathematics, which includes marine science, environmental studies, information systems and energy studies, and visual, literary and performing arts presentations; providing entertainment venues for performing arts, lectures, concerts, and theater productions, dance performances, public speaking events, and visual, literary and performing arts presentations
