Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a Tiki-style cartoon drummer with suspenders wearing a mask with feathers; triangle markings; linear markings, a three-piece beard; marks under semi-opaque eyes; and a large laughing mouth with lips, a tongue, and nine square, but offset, teeth. The drummer is wearing bracelets; a necklace consisting of round elements; and holding two large mallets made of balls and sticks. He is using those mallets to hit a drum with jagged edges and base. To the right of the drummer are the words "Spirit and Groove" and feathers floating through the words.
