The mark consists of the letters "SFAC", in stylized font, all upper case, all in white, above a white line, which is above the words, "Super Fun Activities Club", in stylized font, with the first letter of each word capitalized, all in white, above a white line, which is above the words, "for fun people only, in a fanciful font, all in white, with the word "fun" underscored by two (2) sets of parallel, clip shaped lines, all in white, one above the other, the top one having a broken underside portion and the bottom one with a solid, but shorter underside portion, where the top portion of the caricatured image of the duck is above the white line under the aforesaid letters,"SFAC", its body in yellow, with a dark blue outline that is outlined in white, wearing a pair of sunglasses, in dark blue, above its beak, which is in orange and outlined in dark blue, which is open, showing its mouth, in dark blue, all to the right of the aforesaid letters, "SFAC", with its bottom portion, in yellow, with a dark blue outline that is outlined in white, and is below the white line under the words, "Super Fun Activities Club", all against a sky blue background.
