The mark consists of three Chinese characters that transliterate to "HAI MA PAI", appearing above the stylized wording "SEA HORSE". Beneath the wording "SEA HORSE" appears a solid U shaped carrier with two curvy lines appearing above it. Within the U shaped carrier appears a stylized sea horse and six circle representing bubbles. The color pink appears in the three Chinese characters, in the wording "SEA HORSE", as the background for the U shaped carrier, in the markings on the sea horse design, and in the two wavy lines appearing above the U shaped carrier. The color white appears in the sea horse design, and in the six circles that represent bubbles. However, the color white is only intended to represent a transparent area of the drawing, and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
