Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a stylized representation of smiling kangaroo wearing a cap and overalls with a pocket in front bearing the stylized letter "S." The kangaroo is turned to the right, with arms and legs bent at the elbows and knees, with the left arm and leg extending forward and the left arm holding a tool, and the right arm and leg extending backward. The kangaroo's tail is coiled in a clockwise direction and extends downward to below the kangaroo. Beneath the kangaroo's left heel and right toe are stylized slash marks giving the impression of movement, with three slash marks beneath the left heel and two slash marks beneath the right toe. To the right of the kangaroo, above the left foot, is the word "MR." in stylized upper-case letters and an inverted angle of approximately 145 degrees to the right, representing a pitched roof line. On the next line is the word "SPRING" in larger stylized upper-case letters, of which the letter "I" is represented by a vertical zig-zagging image representing a spring, below which, above the kangaroo's left toe are the words "YOUR LOCAL GARAGE DOOR COMPANY" in smaller stylized upper-case letters.
