Description of Design Search

The mark consists of product packaging consisting of a horizontally-oriented rectangle divided into three vertical segments. The background of the left and right segments is white with fanciful leaf designs in green and light green in two vertical rows. The middle segment consists of fanciful pear designs in yellow and orange with a white highlight and black stalk with a light green leaf extending from the stalk. The pears are repeated in two asymmetric vertical rows set against a green background. The center of the middle segment also displays the white word "ROSHEN" within a beige rectangle with rounded corners and repeated four times in a vertical fashion. The word "DYUSHES" appears in light green with black outlining in Cyrillic characters within a stylized white brushstroke and repeated three times in a vertical fashion in the middle of the mark. The wording "KARAMELKINO" appearing in light green with black outlining in Cyrillic characters above the stylized white brushstrokes that contain word "DYUSHES". The rectangular shape of the packaging outlined in dotted lines is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
