Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the stylized words "RIDE THE PINK ELEVATOR WITH METRO ELEVATOR" arranged vertically with the word "RIDE" arched in black above the black word "THE" flanked on both sides by solid black lines. Below "THE" are the pink words "PINK ELEVATOR" above a solid black rectangular carrier with the white word "WITH" and white round screw heads on either side. Below the black carrier are the words "METRO ELEVATOR" in black to the right of a drawing depicting black and pink meshed gears. To the left of the listed words is a drawing of a pink elevator with light pink highlights and dark pink shadowing containing a man with beige flesh, brown hair, white teeth, black and white eyes, black eyebrows, a black suit and a pink helmet on which appears a white circle outlined in black inside of which appears a design of a black gear meshed with a pink gear. The elevator is on a black mesh tower beside a light grey and dark gray building with white windows. All other white appearing in the mark merely represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
