The mark consists of the stylized wording "REGULATORY COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATION". To the left of the wording is a design consisting of two concentric circles. Appearing within the outer circle is the wording "REGULATORY COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATION" appearing twice, with a small shaded circle on the left and right sides separating the phrases from each other. Appearing on the rim of the inner circle is the stylized wording "EXPERIENTIA DOCET" and "DOCENDO DISCIMUS" also appearing twice, and separated by small shaded circles.
