Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a design element composed of a series of right triangles that overlap such that the bottom left leg of each triangle aligns with one another and the opposite acute angle of each triangle is visible at the top right corner. A shaded sphere appears on top of the triangle design element. An abstract design of the face and an upward fanning wing of a phoenix bird is superimposed on the sphere. The word "Phoenix" appears under the design element in large letters and in a stylized font. Below, the words "Children's Academy" appear in smaller letters and in a stylized font. Below that, the words "private preschool" appear in all smaller lower case letters and in a different stylized font.
