Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a black background, upon which is a picture of a black bowl with a heaping mound of tan peanuts inside of it. Transposed over the right side of the bowl is a red circle with a sunburst pattern shaded into it, with a black outline. Inside the black outline are the white words "ACI ÇESNILI - HOT SPICY FLAVORED". Above those words, in the red circle, the word "ACCILI" is written in black. Above that, still in the circle, are two peppers, a red one atop a green one, and both have shading to suggest a round shape, the shading on the green pepper is done in white. Above the peanuts are the words "FRIED & FLAVORED PEANUTS" in red, underneath the words "SOSSLU KIZARTILMIS YER FISTIGI". Above these words are three sides of a rectangle, the top, bottom, and right side, which are styled to appear to be painted in red. Inside the rectangle is a stylized version of the word "NUTZZ," with the "NUT" white and the "ZZ" red. Hanging above this, and superimposed over part of the rectangle is a drawing of a sign, with two hanging lines in beige, holding up a green rectangle with curved top and bottom sides.
