Description of Design Search

The mark consists of an image stylized to look like a stamp with the words "OREGON TERRITORY" in white on a purple background at the top and the words "PINOT NOIR OREGON" in white on a purple background at the bottom. The middle of the mark consists of a stylized, historical map in purple and white depicting the Oregon Territory, including latitude and longitude lines and numbers in purple and geographic markers in purple. On the left is a picture of a Native American on a horse in a mountainous landscape setting, all in white and purple, and on the right is horse-drawn covered wagon in a mountainous landscape, all in white and purple. At each of the lower corners of the mark is a purple circle outlined in white and then purple. There is a white line with an upward curl extending in from the circles. Between each of the circles and the wording "PINOT NOIR OREGON" are three white stars. The design and wording is outlined in white and purple.
