Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a black rectangle with three orange rectangles at the bottom. The two outside rectangles are smaller and contain the term "ORANGE COCKTAIL" in white. The middle rectangle is longer and contains the term "ORANGE COCKTAIL" in white in the middle. On either side of "ORANGE COCKTAIL" appears a gray design of a crown with Arabic lettering in orange above a gray banner with the term "AL FAKHER" in orange. Below which appears the term "AL FAKHER" in gray with the Arabic lettering in gray which appears above a gray rectangle with the wording "SPECIAL EDITION" in black. Between the rectangle designs appear two white hookahs, one on either side of the large rectangle, with white bubbles coming out and a long yellow strand emanating therefrom. Above and behind the orange rectangles appear numerous oranges, suns, domino game pieces, dices, playing cards, drink glasses and two backgammon boards. The whole oranges are in orange with orange or green stems, the oranges slices appear in various shades of orange. The domino pieces and dices are in white with black dots. The backgammon boards are in brown with dark brown edge and black markings and with two tan circle playing pieces. The sun designs are in various shades of orange. The playing cards are white and some have a red diamond or a red heart and others have a black clover or spade on the card. The glasses are white with orange liquid and most have white bubbles on top and a red drink umbrella.
