Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a motion mark, in which the mark opens with a cloudy screen which pans down into a desert scene characterized by prominent sand dunes and a cloudy sky with a single tree. The view travels in a spiral fashion turning 360 degrees while zooming in on the lone tree until the tree is in focus in the center of the desert and sky. The left and right sides of the image then draw inward creating a flat glass-like pane containing the tree and desert scene and revealing a cloudy sky background with slow moving clouds behind the glass-like pane. This pane then rotates counter-clockwise creating a lens-flare effect on the top of the glass pane while the view pulls away until the glass pane is flat and centered on the cloudy background at about a quarter of the original size all the while and revealing that this side of the pane shows the mark "ODDLOT" with a tree design underneath and the word "ENTERTAINMENT" under the tree design. The mark concludes for several seconds on this scene of the pane centered, no longer rotating, and featuring the "ODDLOT ENTERTAINMENT" around the tree design, with the clouds moving slowly on the cloudy sky background.
