THEY SAY SATISFACTION GUARENTEED, IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU CAN RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. HOWEVER, I RETURNED MY UNIT, UNUSED AND UNOPENED WITH TRACKING. THIS COMPANY CONTINUED TO TAKE THE $19.99 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR 4 MONTHS. SO NOW I AM OUT ALMOST $80.00, I HAVE NO MERCHANDISE FROM THIS COMPANY AND RATHER THEN REFUND MY MONEY THEY ARE SENDING ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR THE LAST 2 PAYMENTS. I DID NOT READ THE FINE PRINT, IN ORDER TO RETURN YOU MUST FIRST GET A RETURN APPROVAL AND CODE OR YOU CANNOT RETURN IT. OR IF YOU DO, THEY WILL KEEP THE UNIT, MINE WAS NEVER TAKEN OUT OF THE BOX, AND STILL CHARGE YOU THE FULL 6 PAYMENTS OF $19.99, IF YOU DO NOT PAY IN FULL THEY SEND YOU TO COLLECTIONS.BEWARE OF BUSINESSES THAT ARE RUN LIKE THIS, THEY MAKE THE PRODUCT AND COMPANY SOUND GREAT ON THEIR INFOMERCIAL BUT TRY TO GET A REFUND AND YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK. I FINALLY HAD TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD IN ORDER TO KEEP THEM FROM TAKING PAYMENTS 5 AND 6 , WHICH THEY CLAIM I OWE EVEN IF I DID RETURN THE UNIT. I HAVE NO MERCHANDISE BUT THIS COMPANY HAS 80.00 OF MY MONEY AND THEY ARE THREATENING ME. I HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF THE HOSPITAL THE LAST TWO YEARS, HAD MULTIPLE OPERATIONS, BEEN CONFINED TO MY BED FOR A FULL 9 MOTHS AND NOW NEED 2 MORE SURGERY'S NEXT WEEK. I HAVE SERIOUS ISSUES TO DEAL WITH AND THIS COMPANY HAS DONE NOTHING BUT SEND ME NASTY EMAILS AND GIVE ME EXCUSES WHY I OWE THEM THE FULL AMOUNT EVEN THOUGH I RETURNED THE UNIT, AND HAVE CONFIRMATION THEY RECIEVED IT. ZO ON TOP OF ALL MY SERIOUS ISSUES I HAVE TO GET COLLECTIONS AFTER ME , I'M SURE CALLING CONSTANTLY SO THEY CAN GET THE FULL 6 PAYMENTS. THE STRESS OF THAT WILL MAKE MY HEALTH WORSE BUT I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE THIS COMPANY MORE MONEY ON TOP OF MY 80.00 THEY REFUSE TO REFUND WHEN I HAVE NO MERCHANDISE. AND BY THE WAY, IF YOU MUST BUY THIS UNIT, TRY KOHLS, I SAW IT LAST WEEKEND FOR LESS THEN THE INFOMERCIAL, THE EXACT SET, AND KOHLS WILL GIVE A REFUND WITH NO QUESTIONS, RECEIPTS OR TIME LIMITS.
