Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a multi-color, circular image of a wood-burning fire surrounded by the words North End Treats and "Brick Oven Pizza". At the center of the mark is the image of a fire rising out of four brown wooden logs. The fire is white at its center, yellow further out, and red and orange at the fringes of the flames. The fire is superimposed on a background that is primarily orange and with red at its fringes. Below the four wooden logs are several yellow oval-shaped and circular-shaped spots. The aforementioned fire, wooden logs and yellow spots are on a black background enclosed by two circles, each such circle consisting of a yellow line, an inner circle comprised of a thin yellow circular line and the outer circle comprised of a thicker yellow circular line. The space between the two circles has a black background and the words "North End Treats" in white block lettering arranged in a semi-circular pattern at the top and the words "Brick Oven Pizza" in yellow italics lettering arranged in a semi-circular pattern at the bottom. Four small boxes, two yellow and the other two white, are also in the space between the two circles, with one yellow box and one white box arranged diagonally to each other with corners touching and located between the words "North" and "Brick" on the left side, and with the other yellow and white boxes also arranged diagonally to each other with corners touching and located between the words "Treats" and "Pizza" on the right side. Rising out of the top exterior of the outer circle and arranged in a semi-circular pattern are eleven pieces of brown wooden logs, with black edging, shown in cross-sectional view. Rising out of the bottom exterior of the outer circle and arranged in a semi-circular pattern is a strip that is yellow and orange in color with black specks. Further out from the aforementioned yellow and orange strip is a jagged-edged strip of red and brown with thin jagged-shaped lines of yellow and green running through the middle of such strip of red and brown.
