The mark consists of a diver in red silhouette, placed on a green triangle, inside two concentric green circles. On the outside of the outer circle are the following words in blue consisting of "NITROX TRIMIX EANx CAVE DEEP AIR EANx WRECK" each of which is separated by a bullet dot in red, the words "INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION NITROX & TECHNICAL DIVERS" are in green and placed in between the concentric circles, the symbols "N2/O2" in green are placed at the top right hand corner of the inside of the triangle, the words "EST. 1985" in yellow are placed on a green sash that crosses the diver at the mid leg area, and there is a yellow background within the concentric circles.
