The mark consists of the words "NISC MAPWise" with "MAP" being in a thick large font and "Wise" being in the same font-but not as thick, and appearing to be three-dimensional, turned counter-clockwise to the word "MAP" by approximately 45 degrees with the letters "Wise" being three-dimensional with the "W" being the largest and gradually getting smaller, with the letter "e" being the smallest (making it appear further away). Embedded in the far left line that makes up the letter "M," written vertically are the letters "NISC" which word extends from nearly the bottom of the line to nearly the top of the line. Lying at what would be the corner of the base between "MAP" and "Wise" is a sphere about one-sixth the six of the "P" in "MAP." Protruding from the sphere are three cylindrical shafts (about one-third the diameter of the sphere), with one shaft protruding straight up with the length being one-fourth again the height of the letter "P" in "MAP," and capped with a cylindrical arrow-tip. The second shaft (and tip) is the same shape and length as the first described, protruding directly beneath and parallel to the word "Wise." The third shaft (and tip) is the same shape and length as the first described and is at a right angle to both the first and second shafts, appearing to be protruding out and to the right of the viewer.
