Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a shield emblazoned with the wording "NILES MICHIGAN CITY OF FOUR FLAGS" in the center of said shield, with one star appearing centered above and one star centered below those words. The shield is superimposed on four partially furled flags, with arrow shapes at the tops of the flagpoles, appearing as follows: on the upper left is a colonial 13-star American flag; on the lower left is a St. George's flag; on the upper right is a Union Jack; and on the lower right is a French royal fleur-de-lis flag.
