The mark consists of the image of a hexagon shape that takes up slightly more than half of the entire mark. Inside the top of the hexagon appear the words "NEW ORLEANS" in small letters and below that is the word "LOUISIANA" in small letters. In large letters are the words "ROMAN CANDY RUM" stacked with one word per line. Below that in slightly smaller font is the word "COMPANY" set off by a line before the word and a line after the word extending nearly side to side of the hexagon. Running through the bottom point of the hexagon is the shape of a candy stick, as wide as the hexagon, with stylized twists on each end of the candy stick. Written on the candy stick are the words "VANILLA FLAVORED RUM". To the left of the bottom of the hexagon and extending beyond the left side of the hexagon is the image of a box-shaped wagon with six windows on the top half of the wagon, 2 large windows all the way to the left side of the wagon and next to that are 4 smaller windows from approximately the middle of the wagon all the way to the right side of the box wagon. The words "Roman Chewing Candy" are situated under one of the larger windows and 2 of the smaller windows towards the left side of the box wagon. Under the 2 smaller windows on the right side of the box wagon are the words"ROMAN CANDY". Twice on the box wagon appear the words "1.00 A STICK", once on the left under the 2 larger windows and under the words "ROMAN CHEWING CANDY" and once on the right side of the box wagon under the 2 smaller windows and under the words "ROMAN CANDY". In front of the box wagon is a mule hitched to the wagon by a shaft, with the mule wearing its yolk and the reins leading from the mule to the wagon above the 2 small windows all the way to the right.. The image also depicts 3 wagon wheels with spokes and 2 axels attached to the bottom of the box wagon. To the right of the mule and touching the right side of the hexagon is a large fleur-de-lis appearing to be behind the mule, behind the right side of the hexagon, and behind the candy stick with the stylized twist on the right side of the hexagon. Below the wagon wheels and the mule's hooves are the words "70 PROOF" "35% ALC. BY VOL. 750 ML". All the foregoing appears within a square shape.
