I have not been pleased with this program at all!!! I installed the device in one of my cars on 1/9/15 and they told me I had to keep it in for 90 days. Well it is 7/21/15 and it is still in and after several phone calls they are now telling me I have to leave it in until 9/7/15. On top of that I was up to a 21% discount and it dropped to 18% when I didn't even drive the vehicle. How does that happen?? I am afraid to see what they will actually give me after it is all said and done after having it in my vehicle for 9 months. They tell me I have had to keep it in longer because I don't drive it much but my other vehicle I drive every day so I excpected to only have to keep it in for the 90 days that I was told originally but that again is not the case. This one will be in for 4 1/2 months, not to mention it took about 3 devices before they finally sent me the right one. This program to me has been more of a hassle than it is worth. Can't wait to see how much discount I will get after the months and months of headaches that I have had.

This system and the people behind it are frauds. You will NEVER get the full 30% as they will ALWAYS find a way to knock it down. The customer service department is not helpful at all and they will give you runaround if you ask why your discount is so low. Oh and whatever you do, do not get stuck in the snow because THAT will count against you too!!!!! The meter on the website is not accurate at all, you will believe that you are doing well and at the completion you will get nothing and when you ask about the meter, the response will be that it is not accurate!! Well why have it on there? I was very careful with my driving and checked my status on a daily basis, I should have gotten 25% and instead they come up with a reason to give me 12%. Stay away.
