Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a seal having a zigzag perimeter forming a circle. Inside the perimeter are three concentric circles. The outermost circle is thicker than the two inner circles. Between the two inner circles are the terms, "MERMAID APPROVED". Two five-point stars are located on either side of seal between the two inner circles to separate the terms from each other. Inside the innermost circle is a silhouette of a mermaid sitting on two wavy lines forming the surface of a liquid that fills the bottom part of the inner circle.
