Description of Design Search
The mark consists of the wording "MELA INDIAN BAR & GRILL" superimposed over a rectangular background. The word "MELA" is in large font, all caps with the "M" extending down below the bottoms of the remaining letters. To the right of the "A" in "MELA" there appears a design of eight chili peppers arranged in the shape of a flower. To the right of the bottom of the "M" and under the remaining letters of "MELA" appear the words "INDIAN BAR & GRILL" in all caps, with the word "GRILL" appearing beneath the flower shaped chili pepper design. From the space underneath the "L" in "MELA" faint straight lines emanate in a circular pattern reminiscent of rays of light from the sun.
