Description of Design Search
The mark consists of a circular seal with the words "Maritime College" around the top of the circle, the words "State University of New York" around the bottom of the circle, a stylized image of a bald eagle, in an inner circle having a wingspan extending out onto the outer circle, resting on a crest outlined in a rope design wherein an image of a ship is on an ocean with a sunrise in the background and two anchors in a criss-cross design in the background of the seal with the words "Loyalty" and "Valor" on each side of said anchors and the numbers "18" and "74" under each side of the wingspan.
