Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the wording YIPAO which is in dark green lettering. The letter ?O? in YIPAO is in the shape of a piece of fruit with a light green leaf and dark green stem coming off of it. There is a design of an all terrain vehicle which is brownish-red with black tires which are white and brownish-red in the center. The front bumper is black with a bunch of bananas resting on it. A white bird sits atop of the hood of the vehicle. The roof is tan with a black outline. Atop of the vehicle is a pile of tropical fruit consisting of yellow bananas, orange pineapple with green stems, watermelon which is red, white and green, a brownish-green guanabana, a white-yellowish badea, some red and yellow peppers, a yellow melon and some other typical tropical fruit that grow in Colombia. (The vehicle in the picture was taken from an arts and crafts replica; therefore, it does not follow any type of scaling. As can be seen, the fruits are much bigger than the car itself, in proportion).
