The mark consists of an uppercase "T" above an uppercase "G" with an "S" in the shape at the top of a snake's head looped behind the upper third of the "T" and above the upper quadrant of the "G" and then snaked behind the mid section of the "G". This design of letters is layered on top of an 8 pointed star, each point having two smaller points within it, and a two ring circle at the center. Both the Star formation and the "S" are in the color gold. The "T" and "G" are in the color cream. There is black as a background color in between the points of the Star and within the inner circle as well as outside of the Star as background. The Star is within a thin Gold circle, the same consistency as the lines of the Star itself and the black background extends 1/4 inch or so outside of this thin Gold ring.
