The mark consists of a rectangle that has been divided into two separate portions by a thick black line; each side of the rectangle is flanked by a long thin white rectangle that is outlined in black. The top portion of the rectangle has a white background and contains "THE" presented in black stylized font within a yellow circle that has been outlined in black. This circle is superimposed over the top border of the rectangle. "NOSTALGIA MERCHANT" is presented in red stylized font that is outlined in black. "NOSTALGIA" is superimposed over the yellow circle, the middle circle of the "O" is yellow, and this word is stacked above "MERCHANT". The lower portion of the rectangle contains a stylized depiction of a blue sky with repeating and evenly spaced black dots and a large white cloud. Stylized silhouettes of a reclining child and dog, and sitting area appear in black at the bottom of the rectangle. The mark in its entirety appears on a transparent background.
