Description of Design Search

The mark consists of three concentric circles of different colors, the outermost circle is dark blue with white letters, the coined word "TASTYFRUTTI" in an arc formed in the upper portion of a circle, with the words "INTERNATIONAL, INC." forming in an arc placed in a lower portion of the circle. The first inner circle is divided along its horizontal mid-line; the upper half orange and the lower half, light blue. The innermost circle is also divided along its horizontal mid-line, the upper half is yellow and the lower half is purple. Extending vertically and substantially centrally from the innermost horizontal mid-line is a representation of a plant-like structure in green.
