Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a design with multiple components surrounding the acronym "SBPM" which itself appears in the color dark brown outlined in white to give a three-dimensional effect; the central image of the design is a wine bottle appearing in the color white decorated with a clump of grapes appearing in the color dark brown; extending horizontally outwards from the wine bottle are four elaborate French curves with leaf radii appearing in the color grayish blue, and the upper and lower curves mirror each other; extending vertically in a curve from the top of the bottle are two rows of seeds appearing in the color white arranged like beads and mirroring each other, and between them in a vertical row are two stylized fleur-des-lis appearing in the color light green and another small stylized flower bud with spreading leaves appearing in the color white; on the right side of the wine bottle, the design contains stylized drawings of a slice of star-fruit, a chestnut, a nutmeg nut, a fish, a cow's head, a loaf of bread, a cup, a rolling pin, a sliced pomegranate, another sliced star-fruit, and a ham all appearing in the colors light green, white, light brown and grayish blue, respectively; on the left side of the wine bottle, the design contains stylized drawings of an almond, a sliced cucumber, a sliced star-fruit, a circular arrangement of small nuts, a wedge of cheese, a radish, a strawberry, a spice box, a hand whisk, a mushroom, and a sprig of mint leaves all appearing in the colors light green, white, light brown and grayish blue, respectively; a sliced citrus fruit appearing in the color grayish blue stands below the bottle, between the lower French curves, and above the "SBPM" element; a pear appearing in the color light green stands below the "SBPM" element; stems with compound leaves appearing in the color grayish blue stand adjacent to the pear and mirror each other; a stylized sprig of leaves appears below the pear in the color grayish blue; all of the foregoing stands against a dark brown background.
