The mark consists of a large circle with a border along the outer rim, with a smaller circle in the middle of this larger circle. The term "RICHCOUNT" is arched and written above the middle circle in stylized, capital letters. A tiny circle, smaller than the words, exists on the far left and far right side of the large circle. One tiny circle is situated beneath the "R" in "RICHCOUNT" and one is situated beneath the "T" in "RICHCOUNT". The wording "MUSIC ENT.
