Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a tan bamboo textured background with a red six pointed star outlined in yellow and green. In the center of the star is a black fist holding an ice pop that has three bands of yellow, red, and green in that order from top to bottom. The black fist is outlined in white and the ice pop is outlined in black. In large print, on the left side of the fist, is the word "RASTA" in all capital letters. One the right side is the word "POPS" in all capital letters. The letters are black outlined in white. Under the fist is a yellow banner with the words "BRAZILIAN FUSION ICE POPS" in all capital italic lettering. These works are black. The yellow banner is outlined in white and has thin black lines running horizontally on both ends.
