The mark consists of the literal elements "RACHET HIPPY" in stylized form where the word "RACHET" appears at the top of the mark in red with a black outline where the "A" in "RACHET" has a red circle with a black outline around it and purple shading, the entire word is curved along the top of black oval with a red outline, at the bottom of the oval appears the word "HIPPY" in red with black outline and purple shading.
