Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the text "PREDICTIVEHR". "PREDICTIVE" being in blue and "HR" being in orange, with a capital "P" and capital "HR" under orange arrows that represent a standard graph comprising of an X and Y axis. Within the graph represented by the X and Y axis are three blue human icons that begin near the intersection of the X and Y axis and increase in size as they continue from left to right. Each of these human icons are solid in color. The purpose of this element of the design is to represent positive growth as would commonly be displayed within a bar graph in a business report showing such positive growth. A fourth human icon is directly to the right of the first three human icons. This fourth icon is larger that the previous three, continuing the representation of positive business growth. The fourth icon is also outlined with a blue dotted line instead of being solid in color. The purpose of this design is to portray predictive growth, as would commonly be found in a bar graph within a business report where extrapolated data may be represented as dashed lines instead of solid lines. All four human icons are directly above the horizontal axis of the graph and aligned on the bottom or each icon. The entire design appears on a white background.
