The mark consists of a vertical rectangle with an ecru background, an outer green border and an inner gold border, slightly bulging at the top middle part, containing in the following order from top to bottom: the black shaded silhouette of a bull with the body facing to the left and the head facing forward, the black stylized word "OSBORNE" with gold shadow outlining underlined by a thin black line; the green word "BAILEN" with green horizontal lines running through the letters, with green shadow outlining. Below the word "BAILEN" is a shield outlined in black with a crown above it in gold with a red base. Within the shield is an equal-sided blue cross and within the four sections of the shield created by the cross are the following: a gold heraldic lion facing to the left with two small four-pointed stars on either side of the head of the lion in the top left and bottom right quadrants and a circle outlined in gold with two four-pointed stars on either side of the top of the circle and one four-pointed star contained within the circle on the bottom left and top right quadrants. On the bottom part of the shield below the cross are three four-pointed stars. This shield design overlays the bottom of the rectangle with the bulging top and another horizontal rectangle below which shares its top border with the larger vertical rectangle. The horizontal rectangle also has an ecru background, with an outer green border and an inner black border.
