Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a stylized representation of the phrase "OOH LA LA" and presented horizontally left to right. The letters "OO" of the first word are formed by a stylized coconut which has been split in half and oriented side by side. The stylized coconut halves are colored as seen in nature, particularly with white interior flesh shaded in light blue, dark blue and blue and an exterior shaded brown shell including light brown and dark brown. The remaining letters of the phrase are "H LA LA" and appear immediately next to the coconut halves in a stylized font which mimics a natural or wooden material in shades of brown and black. Immediately below the large letters of the phrase "OOH LA LA" is a horizontal bar which comprises an upper horizontal green bar and a lower thicker bar which presents in a wooden material styling in shades of brown black and white. Over and centered upon the horizontal bar is a literal element which recites the corporation name "OOH LA LA SKIN CARE, INC" and presents in shades of white and in the same font styling as the preceding letters of the phrase "H LA LA" above it. Green stylized leaves which include light green and dark green are also seen around and behind the coconut halves and below the last letter "A" of the mark and extending in front of the green and brown horizontal bar.
