The mark consists of Ethiopian style crown, gold infill color throughout and fully outlined in black, rhombus top with three triangular points at the top and left and right side of the rhombus. At the center of the rhombus is an ankh. A small circle is attached at the bottom of the rhombus that includes two black curved lines (vertical) one on each side and a small curved black line placed right below the small circle. There are four black curved vertical singular lines (2 on the right side and 2 on the left side) leading into a large circle attached to the small circle; these four lines are above the word "NEGUS", which is inside of the larger circle in black and has Amharic font.
