The mark consists of a substantially-rectangular shaped street sign having two rounded opposed sides in the color light blue with a dark blue border and white faded horizontal streaks, and the word "milkstreetcookies.com" on the bottom of the lower side; a first rounded-rectangle overlaying the sign and in cream color with dark blue and tan borders, and containing the words "MILK STREET COOKIES" in dark blue and tear-drop shaped designs located on each side of the words and in tan; a second rectangle below the words MILK STREET COOKIES in tan having a dark blue border and containing the words "GLUTEN FREE & VEGAN" in cream color; and two concentric circles above the first rectangle, one in cream color with a dark blue outer border containing the words "A Nantucket Sweet Spot" on the top and in dark blue and the words "Established 2016" on the bottom and in dark blue, and the other in light blue with a tan border depicting Cape Cod in tan with a street sign extending therefrom and in tan and dark blue with cream colored rocks around the post, an upper rectangular sign containing the words "MILK STREET" in dark blue and a lower rectangular sign containing the word "COOKIES" in dark blue.
