Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the three dimensional configuration of a plaque shaped like a tombstone with a design etched into the plaque. The design consists of a picture of a person, the dotted lines representing where the picture of a person would go, but is not claimed as a feature of the mark, at the top of the tombstone shape framed by a smaller tombstone shape with a rectangle at the bottom, two bats appear horizontally, the top of the bat appears on the left hand side going through the back of the picture and the bottom of the bat appears on the right hand side of the picture, there are four leaves on a branch design, the branch originating from the edge of the plaque near the bottom left of the picture and ending near the edge of the picture with a single leaf overlapping the picture, there is another four leaves on a branch design originating from the top right of the picture and moving to the right and ending just before the edge of the plaque.
