Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of the interior of a retail toy store comprising of a centrally peaked internal ceiling segment for a conventional peaked home and retail floor space. The ceiling segment is formed by a pair of opposed and parallel beams that extend from the front to the back of the retail space forming a rectangle, with beams surrounding the rectangle from all sides, and beams extending from the side walls at the back of the retail store joining the back portion of the ceiling segment, and with the center of the ceiling segment having two beams that combine to create a central peak. At the rear of the store the centrally peaked beams combine with a design feature of a centrally peaked side wall to create the silhouette image of a small home, with a branched tree extending at least partially in front of the silhouetted home. The side wall of the store is separated into three sections by three columns containing rectangular ornamental crown molding features, with three large ornamental crown molding pieces at the ceiling separating the columns. The broken lines are not part of the mark and serve only to show the position of the mark.
