Description of Design Search

The mark consist of the configuration of an inflatable water slide with a body that has a dark blue and light blue striping effect with several light green triangles along the bottom; the side panels consist of a gray striped area, with a dark green stripe and another gray striped area; the divider is mainly dark blue and has a green stripe at the top; the rippling tops of the dividers and the sides are blue. There are two curved bars, with one at the top of the slide and one at the middle, that are in dark gray with light gray striping and with a dark green top and bottom; two palm trees with dark brown trunks with two light brown jagged lines and dark green and light green foliage are to the sides of the two curved bars. The colors black and white represent background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and are not part of the mark, and the matter shown in broken or dotted lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark
