Description of Design Search

The mark consists of four overlapping rectangles arranged from left to right, with each rectangle being composed of multiple spaced-apart horizontal bars to resemble a multi-story building. Within each rectangle, the horizontal bars are of uniform height and width and uniformly spaced apart. The first rectangle is composed of four blue-colored horizontal bars. The second rectangle is composed of nine gold-colored horizontal bars, with the second rectangle being positioned to the right of the first rectangle such that the four bars of the first rectangle partially overlap the third through sixth bars (counting from the bottom) of the second rectangle, with the color of the respective bars comprising the area of overlap in a shade of blue and gold. The third rectangle is composed of eleven green-colored horizontal bars, with the third rectangle being positioned to the right of the second rectangle such that the second through ninth bars (counting from the bottom) of the second rectangle partially overlap the first eight bars (counting from the bottom) of the third rectangle, with the color of the respective bars comprising the area of overlap in a shade of gold and green. The fourth rectangle is composed of six orange-colored horizontal bars, with the fourth rectangle being positioned to the right of the third rectangle such that all the bars of the fourth rectangle partially overlap the second through seventh bars (counting from the bottom) of the third rectangle, with the color of the respective bars comprising the area of overlap in a shade of green and orange. The color white represents background and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
