The mark consists of a single white square dot, in which the white square dot pulses twice after approximately one second and after two seconds changes into four blue square dots that change into the color purple. After approximately three seconds of moving counter-clockwise, the dots form a concentric circle comprising multiple bands of color. The first concentric circle contains bands of purple fading from light purple to dark purple in sequence. Then the concentric circle turns to green where the bands fade from dark green to light green in sequence. After approximately four seconds, the concentric circle turns to turquoise where the bands fade from light turquoise and dark turquoise in sequence. After approximately five seconds, the concentric circle turns to blue where the bands fade from light blue to dark blue from the sixth second, staying blue until the end. The color black is background and transparent areas and is not a feature of the mark.
