The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of packaging for the identified goods. The packaging consists of a container, perceived from an overhead view as an imperfect square with four rounded corners and the lower right corner tapered, with a top label divided into "top" and "bottom" sections of contrasting colors. The shading in the "bottom" section is intended to show contrast. The packaging is divided into two triangular chambers with rounded edges, a large chamber and a small chamber. The sidewalls of the chambers are angled inward on all sides from top to bottom, creating rounded trapezoidal shapes of the walls of the chambers. A rounded trapezoidal label is affixed to the front of the packaging, on the front outer sidewall of the large chamber.
